The final genius hour expo was fantastic! There was so many great ideas and presentations. A lot of parents, teachers, and other classes came in to watch. This was a great project and I had a lot of fun.

When you are receiving a handoff from the quarterback you want to have your right arm over the other on a run to the left side and vise versa on the other. Here is a great way to train for being a running back on the football team. Jump over objects and do spin moves. The first step to getting stronger and more fit is working out with dumbbells. Make sure to to change up the workouts you do with dumbbells! Check back tomorrow for another quick video on lifting weights! One easy step to getting stronger and more fit is by doing pull-ups. Start by hanging from a pull-up bar and pull yourself up only using your arms. Make sure your chin reaches above the bar, and then go down and repeat. New videos will be put up soon showing how to lift weights and spot your friend the correct way. Stay tuned! My goal is to make kids in our world and community more active and have a better chance of making a football team. I will show kids different exercises and techniques that they can do simply at home.
